On a job site you are on your knees in the bathroom and not reading messages. I set up a system that collects every inquiry, asks about area, condition and preferred date, and puts it neatly into your weekly list.
Send me a short messageBetween newsletters, invoices and missed calls, the inquiry that was worth a whole bathroom disappears. On a job site, nobody sorts 47 unread messages in their head.
Nothing is reinvented. Every inquiry that already comes in today ends up where you can find it again.
E-mails (Gmail or Outlook) and WhatsApp messages land automatically in one list, sorted by day. You open it on your phone via a link with a password.
If the address, the area or the condition of the substrate is missing, the customer immediately gets a friendly follow-up question. Their answer is attached to the same inquiry.
Flat handover, moving in, water damage: you get an e-mail right away, and the inquiry is at the very top of the list.
A draft is ready for every inquiry. One tap opens WhatsApp or e-mail with the text. You check it, change it and send it yourself.
One tap puts the callback for the next working day into your calendar, whether iPhone, Android, Outlook or Google.
Newsletters, spam and advertising offers do not get onto the list and get no reply.
Many customers prefer to speak rather than type. The system turns voice messages into text and treats them like any other inquiry.
If a customer does not write in German, they get the confirmation and follow-up question in their language. In your weekly list, everything is in German.
In the weekly list you enter when you are back. Every confirmation then includes this note. One tap switches it off again.
After the job, you enter the customer's name and e-mail. They get a friendly request for a Google review with your link.
You enter the appointment. The day before at 17:00, the customer gets an e-mail with the date, time and address.
If a customer stops responding after your quote, the system reminds them in a friendly way. Only for businesses that want this.
I have been building digital workflows for years and live in Vienna. Wabewerk is not an off-the-shelf product: I set up every system myself, using your own inquiries as a test case, and stay your direct contact afterwards.
If something feels odd or an inquiry is sorted wrongly, write to me directly. I will fix it myself.
Two numbers. No fine print.
Support can be cancelled monthly, with no contract term. If something does not fit your daily routine, tell me and I will adjust it. If you still want to stop, cancel at the end of the month, no reason needed.
No. You only open your weekly list on your phone and tap “Reply” or “Add callback”. I set everything up and maintain it, and if something gets stuck, you contact me, not a hotline.
Only briefly: the customer gets a confirmation of receipt and, if something is missing, a follow-up question about the address or description. Appointments, prices and everything else you write yourself. The draft is already there for that. We agree on the text of the confirmation together during setup.
The system runs on servers in the EU (n8n, Frankfurt). To recognize urgency, missing details and the reply draft, an AI model from OpenAI reads the text of the inquiry; the data is not used there for training. You get a data processing agreement from me under the GDPR (DSGVO), and I only access your data when I maintain something or you ask me to. Details are in the German Datenschutzerklärung.
I will show you this using your own inquiries. In writing, reviewed in 10 minutes.
